We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for entertainment. Ramp Panic is a comedy game — it is not boating, trailer-towing, or driver instruction, and is not a substitute for real-world training or any license or certification.
The optional PRO unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase billed by Apple and restorable across your devices via your Apple ID. It is permanent — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews.
Ramps you publish must not contain offensive, infringing, or personal content. We may review, reject, or remove submissions. By publishing, you grant us a license to host and display your ramp to other players.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use. Nothing in the game reflects safe real-world boat-launching, trailer-towing, or driving practice.
